Though in summer it is very hot, so try to wear something light and comfortable. But always try to cover your whole body part or as much as you can so that you can protect your skin from the sun.

With your clothes don’t forget to buy a hat in the summer. You put the matching hat with your clothes so that it will look more trendy and will also protect you from the sun. When you are buying the hat always search for the legionnaire style hat with the wide brim as it will cover most of your face and UV rays will not contact your face as much as without a hat.

Whenever you are outside and waiting for someone try to find any shade and stand under that shade, even if it’s the shade of a tree it will be good for you. When you are going somewhere on your feet try to walk in that area which is either covered with some trees or has any other kind of shade. When you go to the beach you can see the shady umbrellas are implanted so that you can rest under those umbrellas and can avoid the sun’s rays.

Always use the shade, especially between 10 am to 4 pm when the sun is at its strongest. It will take only 10 minutes to burn the pale skin of the person. And if you have fair skin then the sun is strictly prohibited for you at the time when it is at its strongest position. When you visit any area try to put your babies or children in an area that has some shade.

When you see the ALPHA HYDROXYL ACID (AHAs) on the label of a particular product immediately drop the idea of buying it as this acid makes your skin more susceptible to the sun burns.

And when you apply those cosmetics on your skin even with sunscreen there will be more chance of sunburn as compared to normal. The same rule is applied to medicines if you think that the medicines which are given by a doctor have AHAs then you can consult the pharmacist about what safety measures you should take with these medicines.

When you are planning to go outside for any work or going to play on the ground. You can check the UV index of your local area on the internet. The UV index is developed by the National Weather Service and the Environmental Protection Agency, that index is mainly based on a scale of 1 to 11+. it works like the higher the scale is the higher the amount of UV rays reaching out to the earth from the sun. So when you see 11+ on the scale of UV index try to avoid going out and stay in your home if it’s not necessary to go out.
